Until lately things have finally begun to change, but it is a choice, as I’ve begun to make and keep simple promises that are making a huge difference.
And it’s true what they say, “Change your Sleep, Change your Life!”

I completely identify with this one. Thanks for sharing and being so honest about your sleep struggles. I’ve never tried taking social media off my phone, but wow – that’s a great idea. I’m going to try that. I do take melatonin and that’s been great for me. And I try to read (from a book, not a screen) to wind down.
Thank you Jeff. I knew we were kindred spirits on this one 🙂 And yes, the social from the phone is the liberation of life, and then committing to desktop use for social media only, really changes the game for me.
