These are simple examples of what I do consistently.

There are more, and sometimes less, but these happen daily.

They are my promises that I don’t even really think about.

They’re automatic.

You could call them habits, behaviors, patterns, systems.

These are the consistencies of my life.

Subconscious promises make up our lives.

If I desire to change any of the above, or anything for my future, I must choose to do so and promise myself I will.

And then keep that promise consistently.

In what are you consistent?

  1. I am exhausted looking at your list!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For sure I pray for people every morning before getting out of bed as well as in the evening mixing gratitude in both times. I’ll pay attention today to what I do consistently,
    Blessings, Louise

    1. You are certainly consistent in so many of the best ways, as a wonderful coach and light for those you serve, and for my life, I appreciate you!

  2. CONSISTENCY: I teach every day even when I’m not at my teacher work place!
I’m using this one for my Monday lesson in leadership so get ready to see some more comments on this one. 🙂

  3. Some things I am consistent in are making my bed before I get in it at night, go to the bathroom when I wake up in the morning, let my ducks out before I go to school, brush my teeth, brush my hair.

  4. Some of my consistency’s are taking my dog outside every morning, fixing my lunch at night, going to the gym every day, taking a shower, and brushing my teeth.

  5. I have a number of consistencies, but a few of them stand out more than the others. These are things such as my morning devotional, prayer, and working out.

  6. I have many consistences in my life, but my biggest consistences are making my bed every morning and immediately brushing my teeth. Another big consistences in my life, that means the absolute most to me, is the little bit of family time before and after school. I am a very busy teenager, so making time with my family is one of the most meaningful consistence I have in my life.
