What is Leadership?

A post from my friend Heidi Totten, Founder of 100 Humanitarians International

Doesn’t matter how old you are, what position you hold in the company, or your place in the family – Leadership is your opportunity and responsibility.

The photo and post above says it all.  I applaud the young Noah for his vision, care, and leadership.

We, each of us, every single day, have the opportunity to become a Legendary Leader.

It’s simply a matter of deciding to be a Leader.

What is Leadership?

What is caring?

What is service?

What is a Promise?

What is your level of giving?

I believe they all fit together.

This is the time of year to recommit, to promise ourselves that leadership is not just a natural talent that a few kids show up with, or a skill that many learn to cultivate, but rather Leadership is a way of life.

Leadership is a HABIT.

Leadership is a way of being.

What is Leadership to you?
