The Promise to Over-Deliver

  Chick-Fil-A makes the news regularly for their standards of excellence and uncompromising values.  I have written about them so many times in the past year its amazing, including this one!   This time they grabbed headlines because this company keeps the promise to “over-deliver” (see what I did there?). What is Your Company’s Signature Move?

  I am typing this blog post on an Apple MacBook Pro, even though there is another laptop company with my last name on it. You are wearing NIKE, Reebok, or Adidas shoes because that’s what you’ve worn since you were a kid, but I prefer Altra. I am drinking from a Maverik cup, since that is the only gas station I buy gas and drinks from. I’ll park 200 yards away in a Costco parking lot just to shop there and buy more than I need. The Costco Promise

  I’m a fan of Costco. Other than on the Saturday before the Superbowl.  Or really any day the week of a Holiday, as the amount of people that are also fans is insane. Other than that crazy time of the year, Costco is the best. Now they are even more the best. Did you read about this? Some lady literally took her DEAD Christmas Tree back a WEEK AND A HALF AFTER Christmas, testing the true commitment to the promise of a generous return policy Costco has in place for it’s members. This is hilarious and equally disturbing. Hilarious
