Working With Jason
Pre-Event Calls
Let’s set up a call to discuss the numerous ways Jason can be utilized for your event as Emcee. We will schedule as many calls as you wish to ensure Jason knows all of your expectations, your agenda inside and out, the theme firmly grasped, and all talking points of your event.
As a seasoned event planner himself, and having created and performed for thousands of events, Jason will be your partner in crafting the best ways to use his abilities for your needs in keeping your event professional, timely, taking the burden off the shoulders of executives and being your preferred partner as your right-hand man for the event as Host.
Customization
As you craft your agenda, and send along to Jason, we will work together to customize your event from top to bottom with Jason’s skillset.
If you want quick and simple introductions of speakers –
a monologue of inspiration before your executives speak –
or entertainment filler throughout the awards ceremony –
let us create the custom experience that would normally require multiple people to fill,
whereas Jason can do them all!
Walk-Through
On site, Jason will work with any of your speakers, executives, and award-winners, to walk through the ways in which he will bring them to stage.
Included, as an added benefit, having coached hundreds of speakers through decades of performances,
Jason will help calm the nerves of those backstage,
walk through their speeches, help them with delivery,
and be by your side backstage to be ready for any needs that arise.
From expanding to contracting time, he can make any situation work in realtime with your direction,
as well as play the bad guy if someone needs to be removed from stage in an awkward situation through his humor and professionalism.
